old westbury golf & country club
Located on Long Island New York’s “Gold Coast”, the origins of Old Westbury go back prior to the turn of the century when William C. Whitney, then Secretary of the Navy, purchased the property and built the estate and tower in 1887. In 1961, the newly formed Old Westbury Golf & Country Club purchased 200 acres of the estate, including the mansion house, tennis house, polo buildings, stables and tower.
C2 was selected to renovate the interiors of an outdated, underperforming, uncomfortable and unattractive clubhouse and fitness center into an expanded newly renovated clubhouse that reflects the membership demographic, current industry trends and member expectations.
Client Testimonial
“The reaction of the members to the clubhouse renovation has been nothing short of fantastic. Not only have we not received a single negative comment, but the praise has been beyond even my fondest dreams. All I can say is that I had high expectations, and you easily exceeded them!”
